Open books, with access you control
Received and expenses live in a shared activity feed instead of a private spreadsheet. By default members see what you allow; owners and admins can restrict who sees all received or all expenses.
Societies, clubs & committees, NGOs
Put received and expenses in one Fund everyone can see. Invite who needs access — same numbers, no spreadsheet chase.
Not a wallet · Your money stays in your bank account
Two things groups ask for most: everyone sees the books, and paying doesn't mean typing expenses twice.
Received and expenses live in a shared activity feed instead of a private spreadsheet. By default members see what you allow; owners and admins can restrict who sees all received or all expenses.
Launch GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm from noflaw. After you pay, confirm once. The expense is saved to the Fund and visible to everyone.
Open books, UPI pay-and-log, and budgets — the same screens treasurers and members use every day.
noflaw replaces treasurer-only spreadsheets with a Fund every member can open.
Received and expenses live in one file, members ask for copies instead of seeing live updates.
Payment screenshots aren't a ledger. There's no shared feed of what came in and what went out.
UPI happens in one app, the expense gets typed later, if it gets logged at all.
One Fund per group. Log money in, pay via UPI, and every member sees the same treasury activity feed.
One Fund per group. Invite members so everyone can view received, expenses, and balance.
Record maintenance, dues, and other collections. They appear in the shared feed and update the balance for all members.
Open your UPI app from noflaw to pay a vendor. Confirm payment. The expense is added to the Fund for everyone to see.
Received and expenses stay in one activity list, balance and history without asking the treasurer.
Same treasury model everywhere: NGOs, clubs, committees, trusts, societies, and more. Members see what came in and what went out; treasurers pay via UPI from the app. Pick your context:
Maintenance, vendors, and sinking fund: one treasury view for the general body.

We never hold your funds. noflaw is a ledger, not a wallet. Your money stays in your group's bank account.
By default, people invited to a Fund see received, expenses, and balance in the same activity feed, so you're not maintaining a private Excel file or sending WhatsApp updates for every line item.
You can restrict access when you need to. Owners and admins assign roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) and control fund settings, for example, whether all members see everyone's received or expenses, or only their own. Treasurers and admins record and pay; what each member sees follows the rules you set.
From noflaw you launch GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM to pay a vendor. When you return, confirm whether payment succeeded. The expense is then added to the Fund for all members to see. Money still moves through your bank; noflaw only records it.
